• We submit and follow up your pilgrimage visa application on your behalf.
• Carry photocopies of your passport and visa separately from the originals.

Health Requirements

• A valid meningitis vaccination certificate is required for entry.
• Carry personal medication in its original packaging with a prescription.
• Comfortable walking shoes and hydration are essential in the Haramain.
• Inform our coordinators of any medical condition before departure.

Flights and Baggage

• Departures are arranged from Nairobi and Mombasa depending on the package.
• Baggage allowance follows the operating airline policy and is confirmed before travel.
• Pack unscented toiletries for use while in the state of ihram.
• Keep valuables and documents in your hand luggage.

Currency and Costs

• The Saudi Riyal is the local currency and cards are widely accepted.
• Carry some cash for local purchases, gifts and transport.
• Package prices are quoted per person sharing and stated upfront.
• Ask us about Lipa Mdogo Mdogo if you prefer to pay in installments.

Weather and Clothing

• Makkah and Madinah are hot for most of the year, with mild winters.
• Modest, loose and breathable clothing is recommended throughout.
• Bring a light jacket for cooler evenings and air conditioned interiors.
• An umbrella or cap offers welcome shade between the holy sites.

Conduct in the Holy Cities

• Observe the sanctity of the Haramain and give way to elderly pilgrims.
• Follow the guidance of your group coordinator at all times.
• Keep your group identification and hotel card with you.
• Photography is restricted in some areas, so follow posted signage.
