Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with Al Hajun Hajj & Umrah. Please read them before confirming your journey.

Bookings and Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through this website does not complete your booking. A coordinator will contact you to confirm availability, documentation and payment arrangements.

A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received and we have issued a written confirmation with your reference number.

Payments

  • Package prices are quoted per person sharing and are stated upfront with no hidden charges.
  • A deposit is required to secure your place, with the balance due before the date stated in your confirmation.
  • Our Lipa Mdogo Mdogo installment plan is available on request and is subject to an agreed schedule.
  • Places are released if payments are not received by the agreed dates.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel date, and for providing accurate information for your visa application.

Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities. We submit and follow up applications but cannot guarantee approval.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and any charges applied by airlines and hotels.
  • Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure the cancellation is made and on the terms of our suppliers.
  • We may adjust itineraries where required by the authorities, by weather, or for the safety of the group.
  • Where a departure is cancelled by us, you may transfer to another departure or receive a refund of amounts paid to us.

Conduct During the Journey

Pilgrims are expected to follow the guidance of group coordinators, observe the regulations of the holy sites and respect fellow travellers.

We may decline to carry any person whose conduct endangers or seriously disrupts the group, without refund.

Liability

We arrange services with carefully selected partners including airlines, hotels and transport operators. We are not liable for delays, losses or disruptions caused by those providers or by events outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend that every pilgrim holds appropriate travel and medical insurance for the duration of the journey.
